The Rise Bomb is a combination type Physical Martial Arts Technique that utilizes Shockwaves.
Usage[]
Vegeta uses his natural Saiyan, inhuman strength to punch through to abdomen of Target. The strike sends the target in the sky, which Vegeta then releases a Shockwave onto his target.
