Chronoa (クロノア, Kuronoa), more commonly referred to by her formal title, the Kaiōshin of Time (時の界王神, Toki no Kaiōshin; English "Supreme Kai of Time"; Literally meaning "World King God of Time"),[2][3] is a deity who watches over the flow of time within the universe, guarding and protecting history.

She was first mentioned in Dragon Ball Online as the Time Kaiō (界王時間, Kaiōjikan; Literally meaning "Time World King") and debuted formally in Dragon Ball XenoVerse as the head of the Time Patrol.

Background[]

Chronoa's encounter with Demmigra and his allies.

Chronoa was born sometime over 75 million years ago.[4] Prior to the events of Dragon Ball XenoVerse, Chronoa worked with Demigra to raise Tokitoki. Becoming suspicious of her partner's actions, Chronoa went to the castle in which Demigra held Tokitoki, and engaged directly with his assistants — Putine and Gravy — before defeating them and bringing Demigra's evil plans to light.[6] 75 million years ago, after becoming the Kaiōshin of Time, Chronoa engaged Demigra in battle when he assaulted the Time Vault and tried to kidnap Tokitoi and managed to seal the wizard away inside the Crack of Time.[4]

Chronoa transformed.

In Dragon Ball Heroes, Chronoa is capable of a unique transformation. She unveiled it to fight Towa. Immersing her body in a yellow aura, she undergoes an immense physical transformation. In this form, she ages physically, appearing as a beautiful and buxom woman. Her outfit also adjusts in colour, with the top half becoming white with gold inlay, and the pants becoming a similar gold. Her undershirt also is dyed gold, and she gains a golden crown-like object on her head. Furthermore, she gains a Barrier of Light behind her. The Barrier is designed to be similar to a clock gear. While transformed, Chronoa is awash in golden light.
